Meat
Our goat meat is sold either as “Capretto” (unweaned kids, dressed weight 11-12kg) or “Chevon” (between 5 months and one year of age, dressed weight 12-20kg). The animals are slaughtered at DBC (Bunbury), and from there directly delivered to our butchers. The meat we sell to Restaurants and to our private customers is processed by a licensed butcher, according to our specifications. It is sold as halved carcasses (mainly to Restaurants) or cut up and packed “kitchen ready” (mainly to private households). The latter is available as ½ or whole animal, normally frozen.

We also sell goat sausages of different flavours (e.g. Moroccan or Greek style, Garlic& Red Wine).
Please contact us for detailed information on prices and availability!

Goat meat is eaten by more people in the world than any other meat. It is exceptionally low in fat and calories, but high in protein and iron (see table below), and therefore particularly healthy and nutritious.
